Did you know that a womans physical health and fitness is connected with the state of her mental and emotional health? Yes and if a woman's health and fitness were a regular routine then her state of mental and emotional health would be increased. Brace up your minds for activity. Many Women seek least resistance, avoiding the physical and mental effort if at all possible. They prefer to take the easy way not the difficult or fatiguing. DO YOU REALLY NEED TO EXERCISE? With the inundation of information on Women's health and fitness the do's and don'ts many women get confused. However, if you want better health, you must exercise regularly! HOW?

SET REALISTIC GOALS - Don't start out with outrageous and unattainable goals. Start slowly and work your way up. One way is to add a few minutes of increased activity to your day and then eventually get up to a 30 minute routine everyday of the week. A Woman's health and fitness routine doesn't always have to include joining a gym these can be normal things you do everyday. Just do them more often, a little longer and faster. There are so many health and fitness ideas for women that can help you to take time for yourself and enjoy the beauty of the day.WALK THIS WAY - Walking is a great way for any Woman to start a health and fitness routine and best of all you can take a friend with you. Time goes by alot faster.There is also jogging, trail climbing, or cycling. Just remember to always reduce the risk of injury stretch prior to any exercise, don't over do it, and keep it at a comfortable level. Start out slow if you haven't walk for a long time, then build yourself up. Before you know it you'll be feeling better, eating healthier and your body will feel good too. As well as improves your Health and fitness. The more regular a women's fitness exercise routine is just requires time. Just like we all make time to eat and sleep we need to make time to remain physical active. By doing this woman can lead a Healthier life.

Women's Health goes along with fitness. Does it really make sense to do all that exercising if you continue to eat poorly. NO of course not. Woman health is part of the fitness, eating properly will enable you to do better physically and mentally. So here are some tips of how you can eat healthy. Always take it one day at a time. Our bodies do better when we eat healthy everyday not just one day and then the next go off and eat unhealthy. Women don't focus on which foods are good or bad get a balance between them. Balancing them both and maintain portion control you will be able to have both worlds.
Here are some quick tips:
1. put fruits and veggies on your plate first, try to use a third half of your plate for these.
2. Don't be a speed eater. Relax enjoy each bite, be mindful of portions and avoid eating while distracted, this can prevent you from registering how much you have eaten.
3. Start with a light salad this will help curb your appetite when the full course comes and help with overeating.
4. when you get the munchies grab veggies or fruits, whole grains.
5. eat what you want - have something sweet when your craving it, take a few chips with a sandwich, just keep it small and controlled.

You can do more with less especially if you use smaller plates. Use the Salad or desert plates at dinner time to make small portions look larger. Eating Healthy and adding Fitness to your everyday routine takes little time and effort if you establish small attainable goals and work towards them . Woman out there all over can do this and be happy, enjoy life to the fullest.
